Every bite of Ganache Chocolate is a real gourmet chocoholic experience. Melbourne-based Master Chocolatier, Arno Backes has won many awards for his chocolate, including gold medal at the Royal Melbourne Fine Food Awards.
All the Ganache Chocolate bars are hand made in South Yarra and come in many flavors, including strawberry (topped with real fruit slices), cranberry, almond, coffee, hazelnut and triple choc (see pictures), which I highly recommend for its rich taste and smoothness.

At AUS$8.30 per chocolate bar, these end up being thirty pieces of relatively expensive hand made chocolate, however, if you really want to impress a chocoholic, then it would be money well spent.
