Chocolate Fusion are a Welsh company who create handmade chooclates, which make for a truly individual taste and service.
Selling points aside, the chocolate is wonderful. You can really taste the difference between handmade and manufactured chocolate. Firstly, every truffle has a slightly different taste, even though the same quantities were used, and every effort has been made to ensure a uniform quality, one is slightly sweeter than the others, but only if you've got the nose for it - I am somewhat of a chocolate connoisseur, and I notice the difference.
In the six-luxury chocolate truffle box you get a variety of flavours and tastes: from white chocolate and strawberry, to pralines and coconut infused truffles.
For £3.75 a box they're the cheapest truffles I've come across, but not least the tastiest.
I enjoyed a box of these at the Food Expo, but you can buy these delicious truffles online via the Chocolate Fusion website.
