Galaxy's 'new silkier feel' chocolate bar goes to show that texture can be just as important as taste. The smoother sensation has been achieved, not by changing the recipe, but changing the shape of the bar. Instead of standard squares, Galaxy now use curved waves like blocks that curl around your tongue and help create the ultimate melting sensation.

Although Galaxy bars are made from milk chocolate, they rich creaminess, gives it a certain darkness,and feels more sophisticated than its rival, Dairy Milk.



When it comes to Galaxy Bubbles, however, the aerated chocolate does not have that light airy feeling you are meant to get. It still feels rather dense when comparing it to other aerated Chocolate, such as Aero and Dairy Milk Bubbly.

If you like aerated chocolate, I would suggest a different Brand, but you should definitely try the classic Galaxy bar. Like the advert says, 'why have cotton, when you can have silk?'
