This art work-like slab by Hotel Chocolate, was almost too good to eat when I was given this as a present...and then sense kicked in and I broke off a piece.
The caramel swirls added to this slab of milk chocolate, along with the hazelnuts and biscuit pieces make this a delightfully different type of chocolate, to enjoy with friends.
On the Hotel Chocolat website, this bar is described as 'creamy 40% milk chocolate with magnificent blobs of high-cocoa white praline, studded with whole crunchy Piedmont hazelnuts and cocoa biscuit pieces. When you pour molten chocolate onto the cool marble of a chocolatierís table it naturally sets into a fabulously curvy, fluid shape'.
It sounds impressive and the chocolate doesn't disappoint. Definitely one for occasions.
