Kallo Chocolate Thins

So low in fat, but you wouldn't think it by the taste. Each rice cake is only 55 calories, so, you can enjoy more than one at a time.

The thins contain no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, they're vegetarian and coeliac friendly and gluten free.

The average biscuit is 85 calories, and much less fibrous than Kallo's Chocolate Thins. When you think about it, there are proven health benefits of eating a wholegrain diet, not to mention wholegrain rice, which has been proven to lower cholesterol, and dark chocolate is high in antioxidants which kill free radicals.

So really, there's no reason not to enjoy these little 'cakes'. I bought these from Holland & Barrett for 3.00, but you can also find them in Sainsbury's and Tesco.
