After my mum returned from shopping, I was happy to find that she had treated us to a fresh supply of chocolate. Three bars of Lindt Creations sat in her bag. Two of these I was already familiar with, but one was new. Raspberry Dream is dark chocolate infused with raspberry juice, and filled with ganache.
The chocolate was lovely and smooth, and the raspberry flavour sharp. The one thing that concerned me that nowhere on the list of ingredients did it mention cream or butter, which makes me wonder what exactly they used to make the ganache filling.
The second bar was Heavenly Creme Brulee. An apt description. The individual chunks were rounded to fit the cream filling inside, and looked pleasing to the eye.
Sweet, creamy, with just a bit of a crunch, it was an excellent interpretation of a classic dessert. On the packet, it said it would satisfy your need for indulgence, or get a money back guarantee. I doubt they have anything to worry about.
The final bar is Divine Hazelnut. A milk chocolate shell encased a hazelnut praline, and was given added texture with tiny pieces of hazelnut scattered inside.
