Loving Earth source their raw cacao from the Criollo Community in Satipo, Peru. They pay the farmers more than 15% above the fair trade price and the bars are sweetened using Javanese evaporated coconut nectar and raw cashews. Wow. This is certainly a powerful block of chocolate, as it is vegan friendly, cane sugar free, low GI, gluten free and dairy free. So it seems to keep everyone happy.
