Taza Chocolate Mexicano Orange

I reckon there is a "fuller" taste to 100% organic chocolate and this one is even "stone ground". Taza produce environmentally sustainable chocolate - which means the packaging is recycled, and the farmers are well paid for their pure cacao beans.

Taza Chocolate Company make these convenient and cute chocolate discs in many exotic flavors including Chipotle Chilli, Guajillo Chilli , Coffee, Cinnamon, Ginger, Orange, Salted Almond, Salt and Pepper, and Vanilla. The two handy disc shapes can easily be broken into triangular sections for raw consumption, or melted down to make delicious hot chocolate, or brownies, or cookies, or whatever. I made mine into a very popular hot chocolate - see below. The chocolate tasted very rich however, I found the orange flavor to be a little mild and next time I plan to sample a different flavor, (maybe ginger) to see if that taste is perhaps stronger.
