Dairy Milk with LU

The familiar royal purple packaging, fancy gold typography, and a smooth milk chocolate on the front complete with the price - you can recognise a bar of Cadbury's Dairy Milk anywhere, but they've recently released a new chocolate bar: LU.

#results ">LU biscuits are French delicate biscuits, akin to a chic lifestyle, or so the advetisers say. Having only tried LU biscuits once, I'd say they're like scallop-edged rich tea biscuits, but a bit thicker - they're great with a cuppa.



LU might sound a bit unusual, but too often do I dream about my favourite biscuit surrounded with chocolate, not to mention Cadbury's Dairy Milk chocolate.

The bar itself is relatively small and consists of two LU biscuits encased in Dairy Milk. It's a simple combination of two great snack-time treats, which has got me hooked.

I drink tea often, and this happens to be my new favourite tea-time biscuit-come-chocolate bar. It's quite wonderful.

It's only 50p, so you're not losing out if you decide it's not for you; I urge you to try it however because Cadbury's, as usual, are on to a winner.

You can buy it in Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Tesco, Asda - all the big supermarkets as well as local newsagents such as Nisa or Budgens. Time for a cuppa I think.
