The 73% dark chocolate has a definite fruity note, specifically sour cherry, which goes very well with the strong bitter coffee and earthy walnut flavours by adding a contrast, which stops the chocolate bing overpowering.



Lime & Vanilla is a 34% milk chocolate thin infused with lime oil and vanilla extract. These two flavours are a match made in heaven.



With the Butterscotch & Hazelnut, the mellowness of the creamy 34% milk chocolate is countered by an almost salty taste. I think this comes from the molasses, which provides deep rich flavours.
