Demarquette Salted Caramels

Demarquette is always coming up with new flavoured caramels to fill into those beautifully hand painted chocolate dome shells of theirs. None, however, get quite as big a spotlight as their Salted Caramels , which have an entire gift box devoted to them.

A box of twelve retails at £19.75. Your maths may tell you that this equates to an expensive £1.65 per chocolate, but the quality is well worth it.



While Cornwall is famous for its pasties and clotted cream, its reputation for salt is probably a little less well known. But it is Cornish sea salt that seasons these delicious caramels. Rather than being runny, dribbling down your chin, and causing a sticky mess, these caramels are thick and creamy.

They make an excellent gift, particularly because they are so beautifully presented, with a silver ship embossed on the black lid, bringing connotations of the sea.
