Lindt HELLO My Name is Caramel Brownie

I have been waiting for Lindt to produce something more exciting than their standard range of chocolate bars. Although wonderful, the Swiss brand have needed a bit of a shake up, and nothing does that better than their brand new HELLO range of chocolates.

A friend of mine recently came back from LA, and bought me back loads of goodies, some of which were the HELLO Lindt chocolates, my favourite of which being the caramel brownie.



The Lindt HELLO Caramel Brownie (£1.99) chocolate bar is one of the many new flavours created by Lindt Master Chocolatiers. Lindt have transformed the dessert-lovers favourite brownie recipe and turned it into a brand new chocolate bar, which I am very excited to have got my hands on.

This flavour is packaged in sleek black wrapping and is covered in a variety different typography etched at the top to middle of the bar, the flavour written in text reminiscent of caramel, in a tan/golden shade.

Inside, the chocolate is unlike anything I've ever tried: the bar is a 100g slab of Lindt milk chocolate which is domed (in a similar way to a Cadburys caramel chocolate bar) and filled with a hazelnut and caramel brownie filling. It is decadent, rich, and more of a dessert, than a chocolate bar.

This bar of decadence truly is the best version of a chocolate brownie, Lindt haven't compromised on ingredients, or dropped their standard in favour of a 'fun' bar, which is a complete detour from their usual plain, but wonderful flavours.

It is entirely an indulgent bar which is really worth sharing. Although my friend bought me back this bar amongst others I had to share these with my friends, who were as won over as I, even a friend of mine who isn't usually keen on chocolate.

One bar will easily feed a group of five friends because each square is so rich and like a mini dessert in one bite.

Considering the quality of the bar, this HELLO bar isn't that much more expensive than their standard range. Find it on the Lindt website, as well as retailers across the UK.
