Raw Vanoffee Dark Chocolate

The Raw Chocolate Company is a new brand I've found.



This Vanoffee Dark chocolate bar is a vegan, dark chocolate with 55% cacao. To make it dairy and animal-cruelty-free, The Raw Chocolate Company only uses Cacao butter, coconut sugar, cacao nibs, Lucuma, Vanilla in this intense bar.

Because the bar is dairy-free it has a fruitier taste compared with chocolate bars which contain milk of milk powder.

Overall, however, this is smooth and velvety and uses Peruvian lucuma fruit to sweeten.

With just over 50% cacao content, this bar walks the thin line of being ever so slightly bitter, but you'd only notice if you were a bit of a chocolate snob, like myself.
