Triple Layer Golden Rose Cake MS

My birthday is fast approaching and I've been looking for some inspiration as of late.



This is a triple-layer chocolate brownie cake filled and topped with milk chocolate ganache and decorated with chocolate icing roses dusted with golden sparkle.

In short, it's a wonderful cake, especially with ice cream.

I've been saying things are 'ridiculous' as of late, and this cake fits such a description. I will never buy another chocolate cake from anywhere else, unless it has been taste tested and it seriously rivals this cake. This is truly divine.

Like I said I've been looking for inspiration, but I don't think, even with plenty of practice, that I'd be able to even attempt a fair go at this. It is epic.

At £12.00 it's averagely priced for a cake of this standard.
