Chocolate rolls

If your house is anything like mine, someone will always drop in for coffee on the day I have nothing in the cupboard. These chocolate rolls are quick, easy and perfect for when unexpected guests drop by.

Ingredients:

2 sheets puff pastry (thawed)

180grams dark or milk cooking chocolate (chopped)

Makes 8

Method:

Pre heat oven to 220 degrees (gas oven)

Cut puff pastry sheets into quarters.

Place chocolate along puff pastry.

Fold pastry over once and again place more chocolate on to pastry.

Roll pastry till the end.

Place pastry on to baking tray and place into oven.

Allow to bake for 20 - 25 minutes until golden brown.

Serve while still hot.
