Chocolatier Fairtrade Dark Chocolate Easter Egg

These 100g eggs are made of pure, unadulterated dark chocolate. The velvety texture is similar to that of my favourite type of block chocolate, Dark Velvet. They're a nice Easter treat for an adult with a more discerning palate.

Chocolatier Australia is an Australian owned and operated company, and these eggs are made from fair trade cerified chocolate, which "guarantees a better deal for Third World producers". Their products are available online or from their their store in Ivanhoe, Victoria and the fair trade eggs are carried by Oxfam Shops in the lead up to Easter.
