Coco Bean Down Under Classic Brownie

Coco Bean Down Under is a small, family owned business based in Brisbane, Australia. They sell at markets in Brisbane and Ipswich. They have a number of different types of brownie, including peppermint, peanut butter, toffee, mocha, coconut rough and vegan dark chocolate.

The Classic is made with dark chocolate and white chocolate chips. It's not vegan because apparently vegan white chocolate is a pain in the backside to make. It is, however, gluten free. It has a thick, fudgy texture and a rich, dark chocolate taste which is complemented by the sweeter white chocolate chips. It's heavenly. The portion size is just right given how rich it is.
