Easy Hot Chocolate
With the colder weather quickly approaching, a quick and easy hot chocolate is ideal for keeping warm.
Ingredients:
1 cup milk
120grams milk chocolate, chopped. You can use dark chocolate if you prefer.
Marshmallows
Method:
Pour milk into saucepan and place onto stove over medium heat.
Once you have enough heat in the milk add chopped chocolate and stir through until the chocolate has fully melted.
Pour into your favourite mug/cup. Add sugar if you would like some extra sweetness. Place some marshmallows on top and your hot chocolate is ready.
My favourite thing to do is to put three to four marshmallows on top, allow them to sit on the hot chocolate for about a minute then stir them through. Yum, they become all melted and gooey and add just another sweet dimension to the drink.
