Hotel Chocolat Milk Truffle

If you like your milk chocolate, then you can't do much better than Hotel Chocolat's 40% Milk Truffles. They are available as a pack of six for £3.75 or £3.15 for three.

The truffles look very attractive with a burgundy red star, but I assume for it to be coloured in this fashion that that part has to be white chocolate.

Inside is a 'healthy' filling of full fat cream mixed with Hotel Chocolat's signature 40% milk chocolate, which is mellow, creamy, and lower in sugar than most other similarly percentage chocolate. These are far too morish to be safe.
