Hotel Chocolat Supermilk

We all know that milk chocolate is super, but have you ever heard of supermilk? It is an invention by Hotel Chocolat, who have created a milk chocolate bar that uses less sugar than dark chocolate. Instead, an extra dose of milk is used in its place.

Supermilk can come in different strengths, going up as high as 80% cocoa content. The supermilk from their selector range is 65%, and it has the same intense flavour of dark chocolate, but all the creaminess of milk. It comes packaged as two thick 50g bars for £3.75 or £3.15 for three. You can also get other varieties, such as supermilk with hazelnut, supermilk with popcorn. You can buy the set for £9.45.
