Lindt Excellence Coconut Intense

Dark chocolate and coconut lovers are going to love this one. The Coconut Intense flavour is one of several from the Lindt Excellence range.

Offering the rich, dark chocolate Lindt is known for, the bar contains generous toasted coconut pieces throughout.

The Coconut Intense is rumored to be the sweetest of the Intense range (I've yet to try them all to confirm) but it is certainly sweet. Not in an overpowering too rich you can't eat it way, but you won't need too much willpower to just have a few squares and then tuck it away for a treat at a later time.

What it is though, is high aromatic. As soon as you unwrap the silver foil the coconut smell hits you and if, like me, you're a firm believer that there is no such thing as too much coconut, well, you'll be in utter heaven.

The coconut flakes are certainly generous and give the chocolate an almost gritty feel in your mouth and all up with the sweetness of the coconut and the bitterness of the dark chocolate, it's certainly a winner in my book.



The 100g block retails for roughly $4 at most major supermarkets in Australia as well as specialty Lindt chocolate cafes.
