MYO healthy chocolate snack

On a clean diet but still crave chocolate? Avoiding sugar and dairy? Relax, I have a solution, one I've tried and enjoyed several times!



All you need is 3 tablespoons cocoa powder 2 teaspoons coconut oil and 2 teaspoons honey. Now stir, stir, stir ...!

It makes just enough to satisfy the choc-craving.

Coconut oil is one of the "good" fats, assisting digestion and actually helps with weight control. Cocoa contains fibre, magnesium and zinc, and may act as an antidepressant, raising serotonin levels. Honey obviously adds the sweetness but also assists in general wellness.
