Rocky Road bites

I love Rocky Road, however, I do find that it can be overly sweet. These smaller sized ones have the same great taste without the excess sweetness.

Sweet treat

Ingredients:

220g Milk cooking chocolate.

250g Marshmallows

(coconut to sprinkle on top if desired)

Ingredients

Method:

Melt cooking chocolate in heat proof bowl over simmering hot water.

Place marshmallows and melted chocolate in a bowl and mix until marshmallow is coated with chocolate.

Mix until coated

Place small amounts of mixture onto tray lined with baking paper.

Place on baking tray

Place in fridge until set.

Wrap in cellophane and ribbon as a gift or have one with your afternoon coffee.

Makes a perfect gift or treat
